Saxophonics
Saxophonics is a community saxophone ensemble. The band has over 20 members from across Devon and Cornwall, and plays a wide selection of music arranged for soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones.
Rehearsals
Saxophonics rehearses on most Tuesdays throughout the year, including school holidays. There are some exceptions, mainly for our irregular social evenings normally held whenever there is a 5th Tuesday in the month – please contact us for details.
Membership
Saxophonics is always happy to welcome new saxophone players. All players are welcome, from about grade 3 (or equivalent experience) to grade 8 and beyond. Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings, 7-9 pm, in Tavistock (King’s Hall, Pixon Lane, PL19 9AZ). Subscription is £5 per month.
